About us...

It all started years ago when our founder, Armon Vos was only about 4-5 years old and test run the engines of yachts of his fathers yacht factory, connecting cooling hoses and starting the ships engines for the very first time.

At that stage, he was very curious about all technical “things” and a “technical seed” was planted! … Around that time, he received a small box containing a “Becker” car radio, some red and green yacht lights (and different buttons to play with, all connected to a 12 volt car battery, his first electronics play tool… At his fathers factory, he invented almost daily a new thing or toy, showing his creativeness and technical insight already at his young age…

Several years later around its 10th year, he made his first self conceived alarm system, informing the parents that there were customers entering the building. The system already had wireless connectivity and was powered by a self-made battery consisting of copper coins, paper and citron acid…The effect of electrolysis and electroplating, as a secondary reaction on the coins of the self-made battery was again a new discovery in his daily routine of understanding electronics and dynamics…

As a gift he received a 150-in-one box from Tandy for making radios, remotes, all kind of other nice gadgets and developed at that time already a deep knowledge of electronics, capacitors, transistors, resistors, diodes, IC’s etc…

Meanwhile at school, eager to learn more, he subscribed to an optional computer language development class, intended for higher class students, and started understanding already at a very young age computer languages such as basic, turbo pascal and other…

A few years later, around the age of 15, he started repairing broken TV sets from neighbors and sold them again, building up his first commercial experience, while making people happy with non expensive TV sets at the same time…

After army duty, he was hired to SIEMENS as Sales Territory Manager for telecom solutions in West and East Flanders in Belgium. During the coming 3 years, he was the undisputed number one sales within a team of 25 colleagues and was “the” specialist in launching new technologies. He sold to a Belgium customer the very first SIEMENS DECT solution in Europe…Many other successful installations followed…

Later he joined multinationals such as ICL FUJITSU, IBM and Cisco in which he outperformed and often doubled the sales results. His large technical knowledge was a great advantage as he was able to speak and understand the often complex solutions on multiple levels. Some of his esteemed customers are banks such as KBC, ING,… large governmental institutions such as NATO or large customers such as FEDEX, BAXTER, D’Ieteren, Barco, FOD’s (ministry governmental) and many other large and small customers, partners, distributors and OEM manufacturers, in the Benelux as in the rest of the world…

At Cisco, he was quickly asked to become World Wide Field Advisor, a parallel function with a direct lnk to Cisco’s CEO and high management for consulting colleagues al over the world as well as developing sales kits for WW OEM partners such as HP, EMC, Hitachi, Dell, IBM, distributors and partners…

He doubled the sales results in less then one year…During his career, the most time spend was launching new products and developing successfully the partner landscape …

During free time, as a hobby, he made remotely controlled airplanes, got his “real” airplane pilot license and developed and enhanced GPS systems by rewriting completely the software for certain GPS solution, laying the basic layer for GPS solutions still used today, especially in the domain of “ease of usage” for the consumer.

He was highly appreciated by co-hobbyist and applauded for several of the developed GPS building blocs that were gratefully used also later the same arithmetic’s and blocs were used in GPS models from several known companies…

Still having a hunger in building his own company, and after extensive international market research, he designed and developed a wireless alarm system for house protection (Foxshield) and founded his company BESTICT, standing for Best Innovative Consumer Technologies…

We frequently travel around the world to find and test the newest, nicest highest quality product. We find new developments and products that are often not yet available, but have a very high potential and clear consumer advantages.

We often co-work with inventors in fine-tune the final product and test meticulously each and all of them in order to asses its high quality, endurance and compatibility to the published specifications.
